Helping Students Become Academic Champions
Dr. Jesmine Boghawala is highly dedicated to supporting the growth of education in her community and beyond. After obtaining her DDS from UCSF School of Dentistry, she remained committed to furthering her education. Dr. Jesmine believes in value of education and learning and the large role it played in helping her become the accomplished dentist she is today. To reinforce her support, her dental practice Jesmine Boghawala DDS is proud to announce a $500 scholarship for students in all majors. Through this scholarship, she hopes to inspire students to remain diligent in attaining their academic and career goals.
Scholarship Details
The Jesmine Boghawala DDS Scholarship is an annual reward and offered to college students of all majors for the Fall ’18 – Spring ’19 academic year. Students can apply by submitting their response to the provided essay question. Submissions will only be accepted by email. The winning response will be determined by the quality of the writing, organization, and execution of the given essay question.

Eligibility:
Students must be U.S. citizens and attending an accredited 4-year university or community college.
Application:
Students must send their essay response to provided email or mailing address. The response must be no less than 1,000 words and must include your name, mailing address, and phone number. Students will be contacted by mail or phone if they have been selected.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected and contacted by December 5th through email on the the email address they used to submitted their application. We will then mail a check to the address given by the scholarship awardee.
